Return Policy

7-Day Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Original Condition

Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Eligibility

What Can Be Returned?

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong item received
  • Wrong size received
  • Quality issues (fabric defects, printing errors)

What Cannot Be Returned?

  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Returns after 7-day window
  • Sale/discounted items (unless defective)

Get Approval

Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization within 24-48 hours.

Pack & Ship

Pack securely with tags. Our logistics partner will pick it up (free for defects).

Refund

Refund processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.

Refund Process

Prepaid Orders

Credited to original payment method within 5-7 business days.

COD Orders

Refund via bank transfer. Bank details required.

  • COD fee (₹50) non-refundable
