By accessing, browsing, interacting with, or transacting on the ATMAN platform, you enter into an irrevocable, legally binding agreement to comply with these terms in their absolute entirety.

Any access constitutes immediate and unconditional acceptance. If you dissent from any provision herein, you are expressly prohibited from using this platform and must immediately terminate your session.

You represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract. You agree to use the platform strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Any attempt to exploit our platform, scrape data, reverse-engineer our architecture, or employ automated systems (bots/spiders) will result in immediate termination and aggressive legal pursuit.

We reserve the unilateral right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order at our sole discretion. We are not bound by typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or inventory discrepancies.

If an artifact is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, ATMAN holds the absolute right to cancel the order without liability, regardless of payment confirmation.

All digital assets, apparel designs, source code, typography, and aesthetic curation are the absolute, exclusive intellectual property of ATMAN and are protected by global copyright and trademark laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction, imitation, redistribution, or derivation will be met with immediate, unmitigated legal action, seeking maximum statutory damages and injunctive relief.

Any reviews, comments, suggestions, or media you submit to ATMAN automatically become our exclusive property. We retain the perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, modify, or distribute your submissions globally.

You expressly waive any moral rights or claims to compensation for any content submitted to our ecosystem.

Under absolutely no circumstances shall ATMAN, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

You agree to unconditionally indemnify, defend, and hold ATMAN completely harmless against any and all claims, lawsuits, losses, liabilities, damages, or legal demands originating from your actions.

ATMAN shall be entirely excused from any liability or failure to perform its obligations under these terms if such failure results from acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, labor strikes, infrastructural collapse, or governmental actions.

We assume zero financial or legal responsibility for supply chain disruptions beyond our immediate and direct control.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire, exhaustive agreement between you and ATMAN, superseding all prior communications or proposals.
