- "Products" refers to apparel and merchandise sold on our website
- "Order" refers to a request to purchase Products through our website
2. Eligibility
By using our website, you represent and warrant that:

- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- You will provide accurate and complete information
- You will use our website only for lawful purposes
3. Account Registration
To make purchases, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

- Measurements are approximate and may have minor variations
- We reserve the right to modify product specifications without notice
4.2 Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
- Shipping charges and COD fees are additional as specified at checkout
5. Orders and Payment
5.1 Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to:
- Accept or reject any order at our discretion
- Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or fraud detection
- Limit quantities per order or per customer
5.2 Payment
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and COD
- Payment must be completed before order processing begins
- Failed payment attempts may result in order cancellation
5.3 Made-to-Order
All ĀTMAN products are made-to-order. Once production begins (typically 2 hours after order placement), cancellation is not possible.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery is available across India only
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items only. Please refer to our Returns Policy for complete details.
12. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
We encourage resolution of disputes through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Delhi.
