1. Zero Liability Policy & 'As-Is' Provision
The ATMAN platform, including all digital interfaces, servers, and related content, is provided strictly on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis.
We accept zero liability for any systemic disruption, data loss, hardware damage, or digital failure originating from your interaction with our ecosystem.
2. Absolute Disclaimer of All Warranties
ATMAN expressly and categorically disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our artifacts will meet your expectations, nor do we guarantee that our digital platform will be secure, uninterrupted, or completely error-free.
3. Accuracy, Completeness, and Modification of Information
While we strive for aesthetic perfection, ATMAN makes no warranties whatsoever regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any site content, product description, or pricing metric.
We reserve the unilateral right to alter, modify, or completely remove any content, product, or service at any time without prior notice or subsequent liability.
4. Financial Liability Cap
In jurisdictions that do not allow the complete exclusion of liability, ATMAN's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims shall be strictly capped at the exact total amount you paid to ATMAN in the preceding twelve (12) months.
If no purchase was made, our maximum liability shall strictly not exceed One Thousand Indian Rupees (₹1000).
5. Assumption of Unmitigated Risk
Your use of the ATMAN platform, as well as the wearing, handling, or gifting of our artifacts, is solely and completely at your own risk.
By proceeding, you acknowledge, understand, and unconditionally accept all inherent risks—both physical and digital—associated with our platform and products.

Our ecosystem may feature links to external gateways, payment processors, or designer studios. ATMAN exercises zero control over these third-party environments.
We explicitly disclaim any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or security breaches of any external platform you navigate to from ATMAN.
